Blake Herron brings substantial expertise to Taylor Anderson’s already formidable litigation practice. With experience spanning the initial complaint through trial and the appellate process, Blake is well-versed in the litigation process.
Prior to joining Taylor Anderson, Blake worked as a litigation associate with a sophisticated Denver-based firm representing lenders, creditors, private investors, mortgage servicers, builders, contractors, and property owners in Colorado courts. Prior to entering private practice, he was a law clerk for Judges Marcelo Kopcow and Shannon Lyons in Colorado’s Nineteenth Judicial District, where he drafted substantive orders, observed courtroom proceedings, and aided the Court in a host of research and writing projects.
Blake grew up on a wheat farm in Washington state. Before practicing law, he studied biochemistry at Washington State University, where he worked as an analytical chemist in a plant biochemistry laboratory for several years after graduation.
