Overview

Brent Anderson has a national trial practice, defending multimillion dollar catastrophic injury cases, with a focus on product liability and trucking matters.  He has tried cases in 13 different states, and litigated matters from Alaska to Florida, and Maine to California.

Brent’s experience in effectively presenting complex and technical information at trial runs the gamut from fire science and electrical engineering principles to multi-vehicle accident reconstructions.  Such skills have allowed him to act successfully as national trial counsel for a number of different product manufacturers, winning cases as diverse as an asbestos trial in Philadelphia, a quadruple-death case in Kansas, and a consumer product trial in Las Vegas.

In addition, Brent is a frequent author and lecturer on Daubert matters, and has a strong record of excluding opposing experts.
