  • Negotiated and secured a dismissal with prejudice on behalf of an internationally recognized ride-share company, ultimately resulting in zero liability for the client. Plaintiffs’ opening demand was $5,000,000.00.

Premises Liability

  • Negotiated and secured a regionally based corporate property management company’s dismissal with prejudice from a complex and highly technical habitability dispute, ultimately resulting in zero liability for the client.
  • Negotiated and secured a luxury condominium building’s dismissal with prejudice from a wrongful death action rooted in premises liability, ultimately resulting in zero liability for the client.

Tort Litigation

  • Successfully mediated and settled a personal injury case on behalf of a California-based agricultural company and its driver for $500,000.00. Plaintiff’s initial demand prior to mediation was in excess of $4,500,000.00.
  • Successfully negotiated and facilitated settlement of a case involving nine plaintiffs on behalf of the City and County of a major California metropolitan hub.
