For two decades, Floyd has litigated business, civil rights, commercial, energy, employment, whistleblower, and white collar matters in federal and state courts across the country. He has successfully represented public and private companies, as well as individuals and local governmental entities, in complex matters involving a wide range of issues across a broad spectrum of industries and fields. From 2010-2014, he served as a lead member of the trial team successfully representing Halliburton nationwide in all civil litigation arising from the Deepwater Horizon oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.
Floyd brings his substantial experience working at big law firms for some of the nation’s largest companies on high-stakes litigation to a setting that permits more individualized client attention and a heightened focus on efficiently achieving his clients’ objectives. He primarily defends catastrophic matters, counsels and litigates employment disputes, and handles business and commercial litigation.
