Prior to joining Taylor Anderson, Michael litigated antitrust and securities cases involving hundreds of millions of dollars' worth of liability for alleged Ponzi schemes and price fixing, during which time he oversaw all aspects of discovery, from interrogatories and requests for production to document review, witness interviews and depositions.
