Mike Beene focuses his practice on the preparation and trial of civil issues, with a specialty on tort and insurance related cases. Mike grew up in Dallas and has handled cases all over Texas and in a number of other regions. He has tried over 150 cases to jury verdict in state and federal courts as well as appeared in appellate courts including the 5th Circuit and Texas Supreme Court. In addition to Mike’s trial practice, he has been an active participant in the development and formation of laws as an advocate and lobbyist in Washington, D.C.. He has testified in the United States Congress and has been a speaker at the United States Chamber of Commerce. Mike has also been a frequent speaker on trial and insurance related issues over the years.
