Wilmington, NC – Nationwide insurance and civil litigation defense firm Taylor | Anderson LLP announced today the launch of its first office in North Carolina. The addition of a North Carolina office marks Taylor Anderson’s 8th location across the country.
Regan Toups manages the Wilmington office with the unique experience of working both as a practicing attorney and an insurance industry insider. After a 17-year career defending healthcare providers, hospitals and businesses with a regional law firm, Regan transitioned to an in-house role, where she worked over four and a half years managing complex and catastrophic litigation and claims for insurance carriers nationwide. Regan has now returned to the practice of law with a focus on civil defense litigation, including trucking and transportation, products liability and premises liability.
Regan knows what it takes to provide excellent client service. She was the client. In her last role, Regan hired Taylor | Anderson to handle her toughest cases, and the Firm's responsiveness and sheer capability impressed her time and time again. That's why, when she decided to get back into private practice, she knew Taylor | Anderson was the right fit. With this unique perspective, Regan is poised to know what clients need, and her experience renders her capable of delivering it.
Taylor | Anderson is excited to welcome Regan to the firm, and to bring our methods for delivering justice for all to clients as we open our doors in North Carolina.
