Experience

  • Obtained defense verdict in case alleging serious personal injuries from a motor vehicle accident that occurred after our client's truck broke down on a busy highway (Houston, TX)
  • Successfully represented a restaurant group in a lawsuit wherein plaintiff suffered partial paralysis and sought seven-figures in damages. Following targeted discovery and material depositions, the lawsuit was dismissed against the client with zero contribution from the client.
  • Represented a bar and tavern client wherein plaintiff alleged damages exceeding $4,750,000.00. Ultimately, the client settled for less than 1 percent (1%) of the alleged damages.
